Small Business Loans
Flexible, affordable Community Futures loans are specifically designed for new start-ups, expansions, or to buy a business in a rural community. Solutions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual business and decisions are made locally.

Guidelines:
- $150,000 maximum to any one entity
- $5,000 minimum loan amount
- Fixed interest rate and amortization established at time of application
- No repayment penalties
- A $100.00 application fee and a one-time 2% loan administration fee
- An annual renewal fee will apply to the Flexline product.

Small Business Loans Association (SBLA)
Community Futures Ventures in partnership with Enterprise Saskatchewan is an established Small Business Loans Association, please contact us for program information and application forms.
Guidelines:
- $15,000.00 maximum to any one entity for new and existing Saskatchewan businesses
- Interest rate established at time of application
- Amortization period maximum of 5 years
- No repayment penalty
- Funds are reserved for purchase of capital assets or raw material
- SBLA fee is required
